Regulamin: Purchase proposal
- The "Purchase Suggestion" form is intended for all users of the website of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Szydłowiec branch) and is used to submit requests for books and periodicals that are not currently in our collection.
- A "purchase proposal" submission should include the following document details: the author's full name, the title, and—optionally—the year and publisher (with the physical format of the document specified in the remarks field).
- When filling out the form, the user is required to provide their personal details: full name and an email address to which a response will be sent, indicating whether the submission has been accepted for processing. This information will be used solely for the purpose of corresponding with the user who submitted the request.
- A user submitting a "Purchase Suggestion" form is required to verify whether the publication they are seeking is already listed in the Integro catalog of the Pedagogical Library in Radom. Requests for publications that are already held in the collection of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Szydłowiec branch) will not be processed.
- The Pedagogical Library in Radom, Szydłowiec Branch, reserves the right to reject an application at any stage of its processing; the user will be notified of this via electronic means.
- There is no minimum or maximum timeframe for processing requests, nor is there a limit on the number of requests that can be submitted.
